Simple email us and/or add a comment during checkout and we will be in contact ASAP with a bid. Even with custom orders, we can almost always outbid any competitor including the 'big boxes'. You are under no obligation to make the purchase until you approve the price. From rods to reels or even electronics and electric motors...we can handle any of your needs.

Long Lines Company (wholly owned by Leben Frei LLC) is located in Lancaster, PA ...one of the best shipping locations to the entire US. We can make daily runs to our suppliers so that we can run a lean operation with low inventories. We pass the savings along to you. This allows us to make offerings that is hard to beat (or even match).
We will use the most economical shipping method depending on the order. Most often shipments will arrive by USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS. Handling times are typically less than 3 business days. We almost always beat the 5-7 handling time we quote on our site.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If a product is significantly different from what you ordered we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchange of product. Product defects are handled by the manufacturer. We can assist you with contacting them.
